Individual Therapy for Adults in New York & New Jersey
I provide individual therapy for adults who want to better understand themselves, navigate challenges with more ease, and create meaningful change.
My sessions are available in person in Manhattan or virtually for clients who reside in NY and NJ.
Individual Therapy
My style is insight-oriented, warm, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when we’re not only addressing problems, but also deepening your self-understanding. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, evidence-based approaches, and a deep respect for your lived experience to help guide our work.
I strive to facilitate a supportive space where clients can express themselves openly and feel truly heard. We will work together to identify your goals, which may or may not shift throughout therapy. This allows for flexibility. Depending on your needs, we can work together for either short-term or long-term therapy. Sessions can be conducted in English or Russian.
